We went to Peter, Lorna and the team on a Friday with the requirement of an urgent sale. The property was then listed Saturday afternoon (the day after) and with a final offer accepted on the following Tuesday morning. Amazing job in 3 days (1/2 Sat, Sun, Mon and 1/2 Tues) including the weekend. The outcome in itself is proof of Peter and his team's market knowledge and the list of buyers’ whom engage his services, looking out for potential suiting properties. The vendor communication was second to none, including weekends and evenings and even when Peter was not in the office. Peter and his team became part of the family and worked not just for us but with us, guiding us through the sale and total settlement process in a very professional but caring manner. The real estate space can be confusing and daunting if you haven't been in the property sale or purchase space and we welcomed their support.
