This year we celebrate 20 years of providing outstanding real estate service to our community as Peter Dunn Real Estate.

Prior to July 1997, the business was owned and operated by Peter’s father – Mick Dunn – and formerly known as Mick Dunn Real Estate established in 1976.
Peter began working with Mick in January 1981 at the front desk before taking ownership when Mick retired, hence the name change. As a result of this seamless transition, the family business has been rewarded with a lasting, stable and excellent reputation throughout the Singleton community and across the Hunter region since.

In December of 2010 we doubled our floor area and office space in a purpose designed and custom built extension. This now provides an office complex with space and privacy for you our clients with separate reception areas for both property management and sales, interview rooms, 7 designated offices plus a boardroom and kitchen.

Our sales team place a strong emphasis on communication with our clients, vendors and purchasers alike. We are constantly reviewing our performance, training and improving. We have a weekly Tuesday sales meeting, reviewing all our properties. We pride ourselves on ethics in real estate and support this with a written guarantee of service and no sale, no charge policy. Our agency agreements are for a maximum 12 week exclusive period and we are prepared to release you during this period if we have not met our guarantee.

Our property management department is an integral part of our business and therefore we have a team totally focused on this area. The department is fully supported by a comprehensive computer system ensuring quick, efficient, reliable reaction time to issues and enquiries. Weekly Thursday property management meetings keep the team up to date on all happenings and regular training underpins their commitment. 2011 also saw the company with awarded Most Improved Office at the Australasian Real Estate Awards and 2012 Peter was presented with the Rotary International `Pride of Workmanship’ Award.

In August 2011 the office won the coveted Professional Services Business Award at the Annual Singleton Outstanding Business awards along with this the Corporate Citizenship Award for their work in the Singleton community.

2011 also saw the company awarded with Most Improved Office at the Australasian Real Estate Awards and 2012 Peter was presented with the Rotary International 'Pride of Workmanship' Award. This year we were announced the winner of the Rate My Agent Agency of the Year Award.
